“Bell-to-Bell” No Cell
Oklahoma’s new “Bell-to-Bell, No Cell” law requires all public school students to keep personal electronic devices (like phones, smartwatches, and earbuds) turned off and put away during the entire school day for the 2025–26 school year. This includes class time, lunch, and passing periods. Students may still bring devices to school, but can only use them before 8:10 a.m. or after the final bell rings at 3:10 p.m. For the full GPS Policy, see the link above.
